In response to updated state guidelines, changes are being made to the way board meetings are conducted with the goal of increasing input from association members and increasing transparency in the process.
Meetings will now be held monthly, and a 15-minute Homeowner Forum will be held at the beginning of each meeting for those who wish to comment on the agenda. Please take advantage of this opportunity!

There is a small increase in association fees to $103 per month effective January 1st. Be sure to adjust your payments accordingly.
